CHECK-IN

Upon arrival in the lush green courtyard, we've been warmly welcomed by the team and guided to the main salon consisting impressive high wooden ceilings, perfectly draped linen curtains and a strongly curated interior.

Our first impressions were set and now a fresh minty teas and homemade pastries were awaiting us right after a traditional cleansing ritual performed by one of the team members.

SUITES

We've discovered that each suite is truly an unique experience— filled with traditional Moroccan handcrafts, organic materials such as linens and carved wood, brass details and soft wool rugs. A careful curated collection by Architect & designer Sandrine Henry that implemented her vision of an understated luxury in a 17th century sanctuary.

All suites are equipped with all luxury necessities you need: a coffee maker, the most soft bed linens, natural soaps, comfortable bath robes, a bottle of water and plate of homemade pastries.

EAT IN

As much as we love to explore Marrakech's haute cuisine outdoors, we've added additional diners to every night of our stay and without any regret! Riad Berbere has some of the best female chefs cooking in house, creating the most delicious traditional Moroccan dishes varying from salads to fresh caught fish, to warm lamb & fresh lemon chicken tagines.

Breakfast was personally my favourite part of the entire stay. Waking up to the beautiful sunrays that drawed its own patterns on our breakfast tabe was a photographers dream. Served with fresh made coffee, homemade chocolate croissants from high class quality, Moroccan Msemmen (yellow pancakes), a plate of fuits daily and much more, we were naturally slowed down and appreciated spending this well-styled morning ritual together.

Besides their regular meals, they make the best pastries & cakes at 4pm which they present every afternoon in their tabled salon to enjoy with a cup of slow roasted coffee or tea.

SLOWER DAYS

What we love most about Riad Berbere is that we came with the intention to explore the city, but instead completely slowed down and immersed in all that the riad had to offer. Every inch of the interior tells a different story, every time of the day the light changes and brings everything into new perspectives. The team also offered an exceptional service, truly focussing on your rhythm and go with that. We recommend to stay at least 3 nights to truly adapt and recover of the cities bustling streets.
